The shell is made of 7075T6 aluminum alloy CNC densely and is hard anodized to ensure its
strength and corrosion resistance. The internal gears are made of German imported SUS416
stainless steel and are heat treated. After the double teeth are riveted, they are
strengthened by laser welding to ensure the reliability under high stress conditions.
The motor in the steering gear adopts a special brushed motor, retains the magnetic
ring to ensure its working efficiency, and strengthens its heat dissipation performance
to ensure the reliability of long-term work and locked-rotor. The front and rear double
ball bearings, the highest domestic quality The commutator, imported carbon brushes,
Kawasaki silicon steel sheet and Yueli enameled wire are all used to ensure the performance
and quality of this steering gear.
The lubricating grease used in the gearbox of this steering gear is suitable for
working in an environment of -30 degrees-+ 60 degrees. The upper and lower joint
surfaces adopt custom-made silicone gaskets, the output shaft adopts an oil seal
seal, and the outlet end also adopts a waterproof connector. Therefore, this
steering gear can be used in rainy or humid environments.
The circuit part of this servo is independently researched and developed.
It uses a non-contact magnetic encoder to sense the position. FUTABA and
HITEC still use potentiometers. We are even better. In addition, we have
